bus stop series


backstory:


i started taking a marker and a stack of hardboard panels with me on the bus, and doing quick drawings of the people inside it and around the stops. afterwards i clipped and attached a personal ad to each board as a caption. the results are misleading, often absurd, half-realized descriptions of strangers -- an appropriate product of time spent in a public place where impressions are made quickly and usually never confirmed.
